Some clients require 24/7 hardware and/or IT load monitoring – this service is charged separately depending on the selected price plan. If necessary, we will describe all incident response scenarios in detail, approve them with you, and integrate them into your Service Desk according to ITIL.

Can I order only one service, for example, migration or supplying hardware?

Yes, everything is customised – you choose what exactly you need help with and then proceed to communicate with our subject matter expert. You can separately request an audit of your IT infrastructure, ask us to select and purchase equipment that meets the configuration you need, migrate data to the cloud, provide cloud consulting services, or any other task that falls within our area of expertise.

What is project documentation?
